Thank you for shopping at The Royal Notch. Our primary goal is your satisfaction and the quality of our products. Please read our policy carefully.
Note: Our products are not eligible for Return or Exchange. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or any other reason outside of the conditions listed below.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
We perform thorough quality control checks on all products before dispatch. However, in rare cases:
- Claim Window: Contact us at support@theroyalnotch.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Mandatory Proof: An unboxing video is required showing sealed packaging. Include images as well.
- Resolution: If approved, we will replace the item.
Do not send products back unless instructed.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
An unboxing video is required for claims related to missing items, leakage, breakage, or incorrect products. Without this video, any queries regarding these issues will not be entertained.
Tampered or Damaged Packages
If the package looks tampered with upon delivery, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
Refunds
- Approved Claims: A refund will be issued only if a replacement is not possible.
- Failed Transactions: Any debited amount for a failed transaction will automatically be refunded and credited back to your original payment method within 7 working days.
- Sale Items: Items marked as "Sale" or purchased under a discount are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Shipping Returns
Please contact our support team before returning any items. The customer bears the return shipping cost.
